Company Background

Our story began with the establishment of Fulcrum Management Sdn Bhd in 1993, a boutique corporate secretarial and management company providing corporate secretarial and advisory services. Our company provides full range of company secretarial services to our clients who need assistance to comply with the requirements of the Malaysia Companies Act. Through our extensive experience with the full spectrum of setting up businesses to other aspects of business, we are able to better understand the various complexities and dynamics of varying business set ups.
The group then expanded its bounds with the formation of Fulcrum Advisory Sdn Bhd and Axis 88 Sdn Bhd in 2008 which specialised in Corporate Advisory and Accounting and Taxation respectively. From our profound knowledge in business set ups and management, we were able to extract a series of valuable information, enabling us to be capable of guiding our clients in every step of their entrepreneurship journeys. Paired with our efficient accounting and taxation services also allow us to further understand your business, to further assist your business success. With more than 28 years of experience, we are confident in our abilities to help you make your business ideas into a reality and maintaining your businesses as smoothly as possible.
