Angie Ng Lai Cho

Angie is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). She holds a Diploma in Commerce (Business Management) for the TAR College. She began her career as Secretarial Assistant for 2 secretarial firms for about 2 years before joining ESL Alliance. She joined ESL Alliance in 1991 and is principally responsible for the provision of corporate secretarial and management services to clients. In 1993, she was appointed Executive Director of Fulcrum Management Sdn. Bhd. In the course of her service, she is exposed to a variety of special works like corporate restructuring exercises, application for school licences, setting up of representative office and on liquidation of companies. She had gained experience in the floatation of companies in the Main Board and Mesdaq Market of the Bursa Malaysia.

David Lim Boon Huat

With more than twenty-five years of extensive experience in the field of external and internal audit, finance, litigation and corporate advisory, our group founding member David Lim has various achievements in restructuring, merger and acquisition exercises.
Over the course of his career, David has led various engagements, advising some of Malaysia’s largest public listed institutions and government agencies in various projects ranging from mergers & acquisitions, internal investigations to IFRS implementations. He was previously a member of the Accreditation task force of University Malaya Sabah for Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA). Having been posted with Leong Hup Holdings Berhad in 2011 where he served as Head of Internal Audit Department and as Former Chairman of Comfort Gloves Berhad from January 2013 to 2015, he has vast experience with issues dealing with finance, specializing in a range of accounts disputes as well.
Having graduated from Curtin University, Perth with a major in Accounting and with a Master Degree in Business Administration with specialization in finance from University of Malaya, David is a Fellow member of the Certified Practicing Accountant of CPA Australia (FCPA). He is also a continued member of the Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Out of the office, David also enjoys an interest in his daily workouts to stay fit, and spending time maintaining his garden. He is also a hiking enthusiast and a proud father of one.
